Who we are

This website is operated by the Future Textbook founding team. Our product stands for privacy-first design and data minimization — and that starts with our own website.

What we collect, and why

We only collect data when you actively submit the Pioneer application or partnership form: your institution's name, your role or job title, your email, and whatever you write in the description fields. It is used for exactly one purpose — replying to your application or inquiry and arranging the follow-up interview or meeting.

This website carries no third-party advertising or retargeting trackers. Traffic analytics use a privacy-friendly tool without cross-site cookies, producing anonymous aggregate statistics only.

How long we keep it

Form data is kept for at most two years from submission, or deleted within six months after a conversation ends — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email us and we will act on it within ten working days.

Where the data lives, and who sees it

Form data is stored in our internal CRM, accessible only to the members of the founding team responsible for external contact. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Updates to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will mark the update date on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
